Your ad asks for signature IP, diagnostic frameworks and "any published index". From the outside, every dentsu index I could find belongs to Media or Creative: the Ad Spend Forecast, Media Trends, the CMO Report, the Consumer Navigator. It also asks for BX-grade case studies with named clients and outcomes, and I could not find one published. That is not a criticism. It is a fair description of a practice that grew fast inside engagements and has not yet had someone whose job was to keep what came out of them.

So rather than describe how I would do that, I wrote the first page. It is called The Reframe, it sits on the application site, and it answers the question that decides a pitch before anyone opens a deck: what is the client actually asking us to fix? Two questions, one page, three worked asks built on findings dentsu published itself. One of the three ends with dentsu not selling a transformation at all, because a diagnostic that can only say yes is a sales sheet.

What I bring under it is ten years of being the person who has to make the case. At Die Mobiliar I took three market pilots from MVP to launch and then ran them, one of which is now BOND Mobility. At Ifolor I owned the e-commerce strategy of a CHF 100M+ business reporting to C-level and lifted conversion by 9%. In the WePractice founding team we closed two funding rounds and scaled to ten locations. At Swiss Post I now lead AI-driven business models from opportunity sizing through to a roadmap with KPIs, and I build with generative AI myself rather than commissioning it.

Two honest things. I do not have deep MMM or attribution modelling expertise, which is the strongest phrase in your ad, and I will not dress up adjacent analytics work as the same skill. What I can do is act on a model once it lands, and dentsu already has the modelling in house through its certified Meridian implementation and its own econometrics team. And on location: you list Cape Town and London and say the role could sit in any major global centre. I am in Zurich, where dentsu has more than 450 people and where DACH has been a BX market since the international launch, and I am planning a move to Dubai with my partner.

The Reframe is version one and it is wrong somewhere. Twenty minutes with your team would fix more of it than another week of me guessing, and that conversation is the one I am asking for.
